Located in the heart of California's famous "Gold Rush" country, El Dorado Hills is

River. And, don't forget, Lake Tahoe is less than two hours away.

new El Dorado Hills Town Center and nearby Folsom shopping outlets. In addition, the sity of Sacramento boasts the
State Capitol, Cal Expo, the Arco Arena, the State Fair and the quaint Old Town with fine restaurants and cultural
activities.
El Dorado Hills schools are some of the finest in the greater Sacramento area. El Dorado Hills Park, a 900-acre
industrial center continues to attract high tech computer and engineering firms.
