Guidelines for Bylaws

Group Purpose

The Purpose for the CRBG is an opportunity for like minded business individuals to come together with intentions of sharing marketing ideas, networking and the overall marketing of the group as a whole on a referral basis.

Expected Contribution

All active members of the group are expected to represent the group on an ethical and professional level at all times. All members are expectd to attend the monthly meetings on a regular basis. If a member can not attend the meeting then the individual should either send someone from the company as representation or contact the Group Coordinator at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date.

Dismissal From Group

• When a member is failing to follow the group guidelines or if they are in breach of group policy, they may be considered for expulsion from the group. This could come to the attention of the board members in various fashions, i.e.:
  
  
  1. Failure to stand behind service provided to consumer.
  
  
  
  2. Misrepresentation of the abilities or services provided by the member.
  
  
  
  3. Absences from monthly meetings.

This is only a partial list. Since each case will potentially be quite different on their own specific natures. The board will hear all information about the move for member expulsion and then will hold a board vote to determine if the member will or will not be expelled.
