| What you should know... NHSSV helps improve neighborhoods through its Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-sale Program. We partner with the City of San José in its Strong Neighborhoods Initiative Program (SNI). The City has designated twenty lower income neighborhoods on the path toward Redevelopment and is focusing resources to remove blight, improve substructure, and increase home ownership. With City Funding, NHSSV is able to acquire blighted residential properties, fully rehabilitate them, and sell them to eligible homebuyers. |
